This expertise, coupled with highly advanced academic foundations, allows our professionals to work smarter rather than harder – resulting in better designs at lower costs for the client.

We begin with a Statement of Work (SOW) created integrally with the client and our experienced engineers. The SOW will include the requirements, schedule, cost estimate, and list of deliverables, so all expectations are managed upfront. For further peace of mind, an applicable Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) can be executed at the client’s discretion to ensure that the client retains all IP.

Once in process, the project schedule will adhere to the SOW and include timely progress reports and updates as needed. We believe communication is at the core of efficiency and will engage throughout the process.

We will hand off all documentation and materials at project completion, including next step recommendations (if needed). We bill on either a “Net 30” or a retainer basis, depending on the client and project requirements. Please note that any travel, material, or direct expenses are due in advance.
